This privacy notice explains how the current static Arizona Golden Care site handles information. It is written for the present build and should be updated if analytics, advertising, lead forms or third-party tracking are added later.

Assessment answers

The free senior-care assessment is designed to operate in the visitor's browser. It does not require a name, email address, phone number or health-record upload, and the assessment page does not transmit the answers to Arizona Golden Care.

Contact by email

If you voluntarily email support@arizonagoldencare.com, your message and email address will necessarily be processed by the email services used to receive and respond to the message. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account data or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

Server logs and hosting

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the site. Arizona Golden Care does not use this notice to claim that those logs do not exist.

Analytics and advertising

The current trust-layer build does not depend on an embedded personal-data assessment form. If analytics, advertising pixels, lead-generation tools or third-party widgets are introduced, this notice should be updated to identify them and explain applicable choices.

External links

The site links to Arizona government sources, provider pages and other external destinations. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices. Opening an external link can cause that destination to receive ordinary web-request information.

Children

The site is intended for adults researching senior care and is not directed to children. We do not intentionally design the assessment to collect information from children.

Data minimization

The current assessment intentionally avoids personal identifiers because a first-stage care-direction result does not require them. This reduces unnecessary collection and keeps the tool useful without creating a database of sensitive care answers.

Changes to this notice

If the site's data practices change, this page should be revised and the review date updated. A later lead form, account feature or advertising integration may require additional disclosures or consent mechanisms.
